Nia Classes with Beth
Beth teaches classic Nia routines as well as many of her own, using a wide variety of outrageously good music. Her style includes athletic Nia, which means it includes interval training, strength work, and small hops, which always are optional. Classes are designed to help students learn more about their bodies and delight more in their bodies. Classes focus on mastery of technique; finding our edge, safely and with joyful enthusiasm; and connecting with the music, each other, the movement, and our lives.
Hit Play with Beth
A new class format combining bodyweight workouts, animal movement, and high intensity interval training, all of which provide exceptional conditioning and superior fun. Beth O’Neall, M.Ed, adds play and great music to 45 minutes of a kick butt, bootcamp-style workout in which you’ll build strength and sweat buckets. Using her 13 years of experience as a Nia instructor, Beth guides students in movements from least to most intensity so that you can gain fitness safely, making this class accessible to movers of all fitness levels.

AyurYoga and Pilates with Debby
Ayuryoga®, created by Dr. Vasant Lad of the Ayurvedic Institute, is a unique blend of classical Hatha Yoga, Pranayama, Mudra, and Meditation practices to harmonize the mind, body, and soul following basic Ayurvedic principles. This class is invigorating, healing, and rejuvenating, and is appropriate for all levels of yoga experience.
Fletcher Pilates® evolves directly from the original Pilates method taught to Ron Fletcher by Joe and Clara Pilates. Combining the principles and precision of classical Pilates with his extensive modern dance background, Ron Fletcher developed an organic, flowing, and artful series of movements. This class combines classical Pilates mat work with Martha Graham-inspired modern dance floor work.
Every Second Saturday. Come move, breathe, dance. The 5Rhythms practice provides us with a fun, dynamic moving map to explore a more aware, alive, and embodied expression of ourselves. It is an invitation to wake up the body, connect with the beat, let go of self-consciousness, find freedom in movement, and land fully in our center. Using curiosity, music, play, movement, creativity - solo, partner, and group exercises, we will journey into a deeper awareness of our bodies, and learn the basic tenants of 5Rhythms practice.
Insanity with Anne
Insanity is an intense aerobic and anaerobic interval class. It might just be the hardest cardio you've ever done! We'll start off with a series of 30 second exercises, including jumping jacks, mummy kicks, and running in place for about 10 minutes. After a few minutes of stretching, we'll get right into the workout, which consists of 2 to 3 minute intervals followed by 30 seconds of rest. Each interval will include 4 different exercises done for 30 seconds, and we'll do each set three times. After the third set, we'll do a one-minute power move, which might be power jumps mixed with jabs, or switch kicks, or 4 push ups followed by 8 floor sprints. We'll also do an 8-minute ab routine: 8 different ab exercises for one-minute each. You will work your abs like you never have before, but you'll do no sit-ups or crunches! We'll conclude with a short cool-down and stretch routine. In 48 minutes, you will burn hundreds of calories, tone your whole body without weights or equipment, and feel great! If you're looking to push your mind and body to the limit, then Insanity is for you.
Nia with Keri
What better way to start the week than with movement? Nia with Keri focuses on finding joy and nurturing all aspects of the body. These classes bring joy, passion and humor to the dance floor.
