Nia Classes with Beth Beth teaches classic Nia routines as well as many of her own, using a wide variety of outrageously good music. Her style includes athletic Nia, which means it includes interval training, strength work, and small hops, which always are optional. Classes are designed to help students learn more about their bodies and delight more in their bodies. Classes focus on mastery of technique; finding our edge, safely and with joyful enthusiasm; and connecting with the music, each other, the movement, and our lives.
Rock the Routine This class offers a classic Nia routine experience taught in rotation each week by one of three fantastic fun teachers (Erin Damour and Kristine Susco). Yoga with Siobhan Yoga with Siobhan is a Vinyasa flow yoga class. Vinyasa flow means one pose flows into the next. Each pose is explained for beginners, and more experienced students will be offered additional options to further their strength, balance, and flexibility. There's an emphasis on learning the correct form and technique as well as enjoying the benefits of yoga: feeling more energized, releasing trapped energy, recovering from injuries, building strength, and enjoying learning more about our bodies. This class is taught with music to help you get into the flow.

ZUMBA is a great way to de-stress, it is wonderfully exhilarating, and it feeds the soul. ZUMBA is judgment free and requires no previous dance experience.
